How to Visualize and Handle Disorder in Mercury and the CSD
We have enhanced disorder handling and visualization, allowing disordered structures to be analysed with Mercury tools.
Improvements include:
- Disorder handling in hydrogen bond analysis components, including Hydrogen Bond Propensity (HBP), Hydrogen Bond Statistics, and Hydrogen Bond Coordination.
- Disorder handling in analysers, including Solvate, Hydrate and Aromatics Analysers.
- Disorder handling in CSD-Particle components, including Visual Habit Morphology, Surface Analysis, and Slip Plane Analysis.
The enhancements are available to users with a CIF file with disorder.
