Elsevier have made available a collection of around 20,000 articles relating to COVID-19. These are available to download for free for text and data mining.

A question one might ask is; which of these articles have an associated CSD structure?

I downloaded the metadata files for this collection and extracted article DOIs along with some additional metadata fields. I then used the CSD Python API to loop over all entries in the CSD and check whether any of these included an article DOI that identifies an article in the Elsevier COVID-19 collection. . The complete collection of CSD entries identified by this process can be viewed here. . This table lists the structures by paper, and provides a link to read the text and access the structure with Access Structures (open access). .
