Erice – International School of Crystallography
30th of May to 7th of June, Erice (IT)
The International School of Crystallography offers comprehensive learning in the 3D ED/MicroED technique, focusing on data collection, processing, and structure analysis.
Students will gain hands-on experience with electron diffraction data across various materials and tackle unconventional structural challenges. Key topics include electron scattering physics, modern crystallographic methods, and emerging trends like 4D-STEM.
CCDC Presentation
Date: Thursday 5th June
Time: 14:30–16:00
Speaker: Nicholas Francia, Junior Research and Applications Scientist
This presentation will discuss crystallographic databases and the CSD’s functionalities for extracting information and generating new insights.
