UK Symposium on Materials for Sustainability 2025
1st July, Keele University (UK)
Join us at the UK Symposium on Materials for Sustainability, hosted by the Institute of Physics and Keele University. This event, organized by various IOP special interest groups alongside the Keele Materials Science community, aims to facilitate discussions on recent advancements and future opportunities in sustainable materials development.
The symposium invites participation from all areas of materials science, featuring oral and poster sessions on topics such as 2D Materials, Nanomaterials and Composites, Polymers, Energy Capture/Storage Materials, Quantum Materials, Superconductors, Computational and Ab Initio Methods.
Don’t miss the poster session where Dr Caroline Davies-Brooks, Scientific Editor at CCDC, will present a streamlined workflow for using the CSD to explore the MOF structures, including visualization, void & pore analysis, guest molecule identification and literature review to support data-driven design and discovery of functional materials.
