Advancing molecular science for medicine.

We’re excited to be joining the MoSMed CDT team for their annual conference.

The Molecular Sciences for Medicine (MoSMed) Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) is an EPSRC‑funded collaboration between Newcastle University and Durham University. Its mission is to train and support the next generation of scientists and to deliver cutting‑edge research at the intersection of chemistry and medicine.

MoSMed projects include both molecular and medical sciences, focusing on applying molecules to address unmet needs in medical research. The programme is structured around three core research themes: understanding disease biology, identifying new therapeutic targets, and developing innovative approaches to discovering and advancing new therapies.
