Dr Shalini John Jubilant, a CCDC application scientist and product manager, will present a talk on GOLD and its application as a protein-ligand docking and virtual screening tool.
Shalini’s GOLD talk will be part of the ‘Interactive Workshop Sapio Science ELaiN Eco System’ on February 19th, 10:30 am EST.
Dr Shalini John Jubilant is an application scientist and product manager at the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre (CCDC) with a Ph.D. in computational chemistry. Shalini specializes in In Silico drug design, molecular dynamics, and machine learning applications in biotech. Her experience spans postdoctoral research on early-stage small molecule drug design and product management, enabling her to translate complex scientific workflows into practical, user-friendly solutions.
