Solution

ConQuest 2020.1 is unable to export search details in PDF format on Windows. Doing so will produce a python traceback ending with text similar to:

This issue has been resolved in CSDS 2020.2. You can access the updates through Mercury or download from here by clicking the CSD-System Software link under the Data and Software Updates menu. Select Windows CSDS 2020.1 software update if required then select Windows CSDS 2020.2 software update.

If you are still unable to write to pdf, you can request new download links for CSDS 2020.2 from here and reinstall the software. This ensures that stray files from older versions of ConQuest are deleted.
