Solution

The 2019 CSD-System release sees us move to use of a new database format, .sqlite. For those with legacy ASER format databases (.ind, .msk, .tcd), or .sqlite in-house databases from 2018 or earlier, you will first need to convert these old databases to the latest 2019.sqlite format in order to use them with 2019 CSD software such as ConQuest.

In order to provide you with the latest tools that will enable this, please contact us at support@ccdc.cam.ac.uk.
