Why do some of my results not appear when using Mercury?

Solution

The locally installed program Mercury will access the latest version of the CSD available on your computer. The CellCheckCSD database may be updated more frequently than your local version of the CSD Portfolio; it is therefore possible that entries matched by CellCheckCSD were added to the database more recently and cannot be found by Mercury. The best way to ensure that all entries will be found is to view the results through WebCSD which will always show the most up-to-date structures available.
