Are there any differences between substructure searches in WebCSD v2 and ConQuest?

Solution

Although the substructure search engine behind WebCSD v2 is not the same as the one used in ConQuest, the results of substructure searches using these two programs are generally identical. There are slightly fewer options for defining queries in the CSD web interface compared to ConQuest, but where queries can be fully captured in both interfaces, the results should match.
