What is the Access Structures service?

Solution

The Access Structures service is our new service with enhanced search functionality, an interim results page to help you navigate to the structure you want and has a new underlying database format. The Access Structures service may be accessed here:

www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk/structures

This new service provides additional compound name and bibliographic searching of the CSD and forms the foundation for our next generation tools for searching the CSD on the web.

Thanks to a new collaboration between the CCDc and the FIZ Karlsruhe, Access Structures also provides bibliographic searching of the Inorganic Crystal Structure Database (ICSD).

If you have any feedback on this new service then we would be very happy to hear from you via our Access Structures email – structures@ccdc.cam.ac.uk
