FAQs
WebCSD fails to browse or search an inhouse database with an "entry does not exist" error
Solution
Note: The following information applies only to WebCSD version 1 (legacy WebCSD).
This error can sometimes occur if an in-house database has been created that contains more than one "." in the filename, for example "my_database_v1.2.sqlite".
The solution is to stop the WebCSD server, rename the file to contain only a "." before the sqlite extension (e.g. "my_database_v1_2.sqlite") and then restart the server. You should now be able to browse entries normally.
