I have not received an email after requesting a CSDS Download, or my email contains no links
The automated email containing your CSD software suite links can sometimes be caught by email spam filters or other policies that filter the emails you receive in your inbox. These policies may also modify the message in certain ways, such as stripping out the download links themselves.
If you have not received your CSD download links within 10 minutes then please check your spam folder. If not there, please check with your email administrators that there are no policies blocking receipt of the email, then try requesting another set of links. It could also help to try use of an alternative email account, such as gmail etc., that does not have any blocking policies in place.
If you did receive the download email, but it contains no links, then you will need to discuss this with your email administrators to ensure that messages from @ccdc.cam.ac.uk are not modified and allowed to pass through any filters.
