Solution

Note: The following information applies only to WebCSD version 1 (legacy WebCSD).

If you are behind a proxy server that uses anything other than basic authentication then WebCSD will be unable to obtain data updates through it as it only supports basic authentication.

If you are unable to allow direct access, then a Cntlm proxy may be something you can set up to meet your requirements. See the following links for details:
