One of my structures isn’t listed on ‘My Structures’ what should I do?

Solution

If you are unable to find a structure you have deposited or authored through 'My Structures' then you can associate this structure to the account yourself. To do this you will need to sign-in (or register) at:

https://www.ccdc.cam.ac.uk/deposit/mystructures

Once you have signed in you can search for the deposition number to see if it is already listed in your view. If the search returns no hits you then simply need to press 'Associate More Structures' button near the top left of the My Structures view. This will open a pop-up where you can add each individual deposition number you would like to associate (currently ranges of numbers are not supported). Once you have submitted your request it will be checked at CCDC to determine if it is appropriate to share the data with you. If the checks pass then new structure will then be listed in your view. This may take up to two working days.

Since we hold data confidentially until the point of publication if we are not able to ascertain that you are an author or depositor of the data we are unable to release the data to you. Therefore, if our checks fail you will need to contact the original depositor to ask them to share the data with you or email deposit@ccdc.cam.ac.uk if you were the original depositor but you have subsequently changed contact details.
