When contacting Support it is
helpful to provide the following information, which may be essential to solving the problem:
- The name and version number of the product you are having problems with.
- A clear description of the problem and the circumstances under which it occurred.
- The make, model and operating system of the computer you are using.
- Any program output, error messages, or traceback produced.
Also be prepared to email query files or other program input which reproduces the error.
This information is always useful when trying to determine the cause of a problem.
We try to deal with Customer Support queries on the day that they arrive at the CCDC.
But sometimes problems can take a little longer to solve. We will, however,
keep you informed of progress and try to provide you with an answer as quickly as possible.
