It has come to our attention that, due to an error in DVD duplication, a small
percentage of the Linux/UNIX CSD System 2009 Release DVDs are not
finalised, and are unreadable to most operating systems.
There are two possible courses of action open to you:
If you have a DVD writer and software, it may be possible to finalise the
DVD by simply writing any small file to the disk and allow the writing
software to finalise the disk. Writing may be done on Windows or Linux.
This may not work in all situations, in which case:

CSD System Media FAQ
The 2009 release of the CSD System is released on DVD media only.
While we do not anticipate this will be a problem for the majority of
our users, there may be the occassional case where a DVD-drive is not
immediately accessible on the machine that the CSD is to be installed
on. In such a case the following steps should allow for installation if
a DVD drive is present on another machine (host) that the target
computer (target) can access.
Windows
On the host: In Explorer right-click on the DVD drive
and select Sharing, then Share this folder as name
share.
On the target: In Explorer browse to
\\host\share
Alternatively an ISO image of the DVD can be created, then copied to
the
target computer and mounted via this Microsoft
Utility.
