The CSD-SDfile contains 2D and 3D molecular information from the Cambridge Structural Database in MDL's ASCII SDfile format (Description of Several Chemical Structure File Formats used by Computer Programs developed at Molecular Design Limited, Dalby et al., Journal of Chemical Information and Computer Science, 32, 244-255, 1992). CSD-SDfile was originally derived from the CSD version 5.08 (released October 1994) and it has been produced with each subsequent CSD release.

CSD-UNITY

CSD-UNITY is a fully-registered, ready-to-use 2D/3D molecular database in binary form compatible with the UNITY 3.0 format of TRIPOS, Inc. It was first derived from the Cambridge Structural Database (CSD) version 5.10 (released October 1995) and it has been produced with each subsequent CSD release.
