    1. Why am I not able to export my Packing Feature results to the Data Analysis module in Mercury 3.3?

      Solution:

      ​If you have performed a Crystal Packing Feature search using Mercury CSD, you can normally export the list of results (including any measured geometric values) to the Data Analysis module by clicking on the Spreadsheet button at the bottom of the Searches tab.     1. Why does Mercury not generate an ESD for a particular bond length, angle, torsion or other measurement in my structure?

      Mercury provides the tabulation of measured and standard molecular geometric parameters, along with estimated standard deviations (ESDs) for those values, in various tabs of the More Info dialogue box (such as Bonds, Distances and All Angles).     1. Installing CCDC Software on Mac OS X 10.8 or later

      ConQuest and Mercury contain DOIs for recent publications where available. Links are provided to the original article from these DOIs (in the case of ConQuest via the CrossRef or IUCr buttons; in the case of Mercury via a hyperlink in the More Info, Structure window under Literature Reference. For some recent publications CIFs are provided on the publisher's website as supplementary data thus the original CIF (which may contain Uequiv and Uij data) may be obtained in this way. more...
